Finish what you Started Campout 2023 – Pack 3171 Pinewood Derby
In February, 2023 the Troop held a Finish what you Started cabin campout at Manatoc. Some went on Saturday to the Pack 3171 Pinewood Derby and others finished up merit badges that only had a few requirements remaining.
Grand Opening and Flag Dedication at Falls Sgt Clean Car Wash
The Troop dedicated the flag at the new Sgt Clean Car Wash in Cuyahoga Falls on Front St.
Campout for Hunger 2022
In November of 2022, the Troop collected food and money for Cuyahoga Falls Good Neighbors and the Woodridge food bank at our Campout for Hunger held at this church. It ended up being very cold, but the scouts collected a full truck.
November 2022 – Cooking Invitational
Every year, Troop 155 invites Cub Packs to a meeting where we cook outside with the help of the Cub Scouts. The Troop patrols pick different and inventive cooking methods to show the younger scouts that there are many options to cooking in the outdoors.
Manatoc 155 2022 – Webelos Recruiting Event
In October 2022, the Troop hosted their annual Webelos Invitational campout, Manatoc 155. The Webelos were led through a series of adventures in cooking, first aid, safety and ended the day with launching a model rocket.
MAPS Museum – Aviation Merit Badge
The Scouts went to MAPS Aviation merit badge campout. All Scouts who attended went to sessions to learn and earn the Aviation merit badge.
Juvenile Court Tour
The Troop had a Juvenile Court Tour where Scouts learned what happens when a kid has to go to court.
Mohican State Park
The Troop went to Mohican State Park and hiked trails and participated in an Adventure Park obstacle course 30-50 feet above the ground.
Appalachian Trail
From June 29th to July 5th, the Troop trekked the Appalachian Trail through 60 trail miles from Virginia to Pennsylvania.
