Three scouts from the troop, who are Den Chiefs for Pack 3170 & 3171 camped this weekend. The boys are on hand to guide and coach the Webelos and Cub Scouts in camping and scouting skills. The boys endured a bit of rain this weekend but should have had a great time.

On Saturday, some of our scouts (and leaders and parents) volunteered at the United Disability Services campout. Some of us helped do crafts and others helped out at the lake fishing. There were a few small fish caught, and we had a good time. Next was dinner, followed by a campfire skit and song show….

Next Saturday, Sept 13th, the troop has been asked to help serve and clean up at the Northminster Church Pig Roast. The event is from 4pm to 8pm.
