The Troop would like to send out a big thank you to Rick Devine for accompanying us and guiding us around the battlefield of Gettysburg. His knowledge and storytelling ability allowed the scouts to connect a human face to this terrible battle in our nation’s history. We were able to imagine the events of the 3 day’s battles in a way that no tour book could give. My son said to me that this was the best camping trip ever.
