Flight 93 Memorial

The Flight 93 Memorial was a study in contrasts. Once you entered the National Park, you drive 3.5 miles through pastoral landscape until you come across a very stark and modern structure. Hidden among the rolling hills is a long black walk from the parking lot bordered by angular cement walls and seating area. You walk a little less than a 1/4th mi. until you come to what looks like a wall but upon closer inspection are 40 individual pillars that very close set. I highly recommend coming here and witnessing this site of heroism that saved our Capital from being attacked further by terrorism.
